The Hosford-Abernethy Neighborhood Emergency Team (NET) covers the area of Southeast Portland from SE Hawthorne Blvd to SE Powell Blvd, and the Willamette River to SE 29th Ave.

We are volunteers, trained by the city, who want to help their neighbors after a disaster. Our meetings include skills practice, sharing recent events, and planning future activities. We also often participate in field exercises and present to neighborhood groups about preparedness.
